    热烈地欢迎所有到来到中国国际有机食品博览会的参展者、参观者、支持者和朋友们! 有机食品正准备走出其在中国市场的适宜环境。具有中国理念的中国国际有机食品博览会的潜在利益是鼓励该行业发展的先行者。2009年博览会将在国际展览馆再一次举办非常专业的现代展览会。中国国际有机食品博览会由纽伦堡（上海）有限公司经办 ，于2009年5月27日至29日第三次举办。

    中国能够成为五个具有独特与成功理念的世界有机展览会举办国之一，我们感到非常荣幸。相应的贸易展览会在日本，北美和南美以及印度举办。

    有机产业在2008年保持了稳定的增长速度，这也是对当前动荡的经济形势的一个挑战。

    国际有机产业的首要任务之一是采集原材料。为达到这一目的，世界各地的国际有机食品博览会家庭成员提供了一个强大的、面向未来的国际有机市场网络，使得在2008年博览会上聚集了大约4000个参展商和100,000贸易买家。伴随生产地发展，国内市场的顾客需求也相应增长，至少在食品安全方面更加受到关注。

    在这里我想表达我由衷的感谢，尤其是中国绿色食品发展中心和中绿华夏有机食品认证中心的持续支持与合作，正是因为这样才会有中国国际有机食品博览会的今天。

    能够成为中国国际有机食品博览会的一员，我感到非常荣幸，我希望所有的伙伴，支持者，参展商，参观者都能够取得收获。在此我想邀请所有的与会人员在上海参加为期5天的贸易博览会。以便加强现有的联系和合作关系，满足未来业务的需要。

Greetings for BioFach China, 27-29 May 2009, Shanghai

A very warm welcome to all exhibitors, visitors, supporters and friends of BioFach China! Organic is preparing to step out of its market niche in China. The enormous interest in the BioFach China concept was the forerunner of this encouraging development. The 2009 exhibition will again present a highly professional show on the modern INTEX exhibition site. BioFach China, organised by NürnbergMesse China, takes place for the third time from 27-29 May 2009.

We are very honoured that China is hosting one of the five events of the unique and successful concept of the world’s leading organic exhibition BioFach in Nürnberg, Germany and corresponding trade fairs in Japan, North- and South America as well as India.

The organic industry enjoyed steady growth rates in 2008 and is also defying the current turbulent economic times. One of the main tasks of the international organic industry is sourcing raw materials. For this purpose, the worldwide BioFach family offers a powerful and future-orientated network for the international organic market, which brought together some 4,000 exhibitors and 100,000 trade buyers in 2008. However, also the consumer demand in the Chinese domestic market is growing in line with developments in the production sector. The interest in organic products is increasing especially in the cities – not least due to the growing concern for food safety.

I would like to express my special acknowledgements and thanks to China Green Food Development Center and China Organic Food Certification Center for their continuous support and co-operation to make BioFach China happen.

We are pleased to be part of BioFach China and wish to all partners, supporters, exhibitors and trade visitors a successful event. I would like to invite all participants to enjoy inspiring trade fair days in Shanghai, to intensify their existing contact and to meet new partners for future business.
